What's your fuel?

According to Jake Ward, it's the fire within you that gives you confidence every time you walk into a room. This was one of many takeaways he shared with our Greater Mankato CEO young professionals yesterday.

Jake Ward is the Founder of Forward Minded Media and a member of the CEO board. His team member Cody Pithan also joined us. Forward Minded Media is a full-service marketing agency based in Mankato, and as Jake says, "We do it all!"

🔸 Your title doesn't decide how loud your voice should be. Speak up.

🔸 Ask before you pitch. Most people start selling before they understand the problem.

🔸 Be willing to surround yourself with people who are better than you.

🔸 Sell yourself before the product. People buy into you first.
