Board members are active, engaged community leaders who volunteer their time and expertise to the operational oversight of our local CEO Program.
Facilitator Support
Board members provide ongoing support to the CEO Facilitator.
Event Planning
Board members plan and execute key CEO events, including investor and mentor socials, and the student trade show.
Student Recruitment & Selection
Board members organize recruitment efforts, engage with local schools, and oversee the selection of CEO students.
Mentorship Coordination
Board members recruit mentors, manage mentor-student pairings, and ensure mentor program success.
School Liaison
Board members maintain communication with school administrators to coordinate student participation and scheduling.
Investor Recruitment & Care
Board members recruit and maintain relationships with local investors, ensuring the program's financial sustainability.

Adam Froehlich

He earned his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law and his B.S. in Human Physiology from the University of Iowa. Adam is licensed to practice in Minnesota and North Dakota, as well as before the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota. Beyond his legal practice, Adam serves his community as a firefighter with the North Mankato Fire Department, continuing his longstanding commitment to public safety, and serves on other boards and committees. In his spare time, Adam enjoys watching Iowa Hawkeyes football and wrestling, spending time outdoors, and being with family.

His work emphasizes impactful instructional leadership and fostering partnerships, as demonstrated through active participation on regional and systems advisory boards and committees to include the Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities (CEO) Board, Greater United Way (Mankato), and other business, community, and academic councils. With over 20 years of experience in leadership to include Department Head, Director, and Division Officer assignments in academia and in the Navy, George specializes in cross-team collaboration, communication, and community outreach. George also started a company called EntOrgCorp, LLC which is a consulting company focused on government strategy and training and development and is the author of a popular book, calledBlessed Strategy: A Spiritually-Based Guide for Growing Your Business and Leading.George has experience in working with CEO in that Southwest Minnesota Region, and he currently serves as the Chair for Greater Mankato CEO.
