On Wednesday, our CEO young professionals spent the day with Sam Steiger from Maverick Adventures at Minnesota State University, Mankato!

Sam led the group through a variety of team building activities designed to strengthen skills like communication, collaboration, and leadership.

What stood out most was how the skills built that day carried forward - showing up in how everyone worked together the rest of the week! During the team reflection on Friday, several team members shared that they plan to use similar activities with their own teams once they are running their own businesses.

Grateful for a day well spent developing a stronger, more connected team.
