The Greater Mankato CEO group spent some time on Thursday reflecting on what they had learned from our recent guest speaker Aaron Jones of J. Longs.

These are just some of the thoughtful reflections that were part of the conversation:

🔸 The people who move forward aren't the ones who avoided every mistake - they're the ones who were willing to take the risk in the first place.
🔸 It’s not failure - it’s an opportunity to learn from your mistakes and grow.
🔸 High school is so much bigger than your grades. No one will ask about high school when you're an adult. They want to know your story. What are you doing with your life? Think outside the box. Gain experiences. Take risks.

We also enjoyed a visit from Della Schmidt, President & CEO of Greater Mankato Growth. She was the driving force behind bringing the CEO program to our community, and we are thankful for everything she did to make this program a reality for these young professionals.
