Today, our CEO young professionals enjoyed learning from guest speaker Aaron Jones, partner at J. Longs. He is also co-host of the Get Deep Podcast with Wes Otto.

Aaron shared the idea of "bonfire conversations" - that people are the most important piece of the puzzle and being a great conversationalist starts with genuine curiosity. He encouraged the group to add more uncommon questions to their networking conversations like - "What are you passionate about?"

One comment that stood out to us is that he had a passion for people even before he had a passion for fashion. He also reminded us that people will remember a conversation far more than what you were wearing and challenged us to see people as people who have stories - not just customers to serve.
