Day two of the Greater Mankato CEO Program is in the books!

Today's conversation focused on curiosity and what it means to be genuinely interested in someone and wanting to know their story. We talked about why that makes an impact when you meet people, and students reflected on how it feels when someone asks you engaging questions.

The highlight of the day was having a surprise visitor - Jake Rinehart, CEO Board member. Jake talked with the students about his work at Greater Mankato Growth, then jumped right in to help the group practice handshakes for our first official guest speaker on Wednesday.

By the end of class, students were confidently introducing themselves and asking great questions. They also were able to say everyone's name by memory.

In just two days, this group is already becoming a great team!
